November 2024 Middle Market Monitor

Mirus is pleased to share our thoughts on recent market activity in our November 2024 Middle Market Monitor. Economic indicators continued to remain mostly positive in October with the unemployment rate remaining unchanged and consumer confidence recording its strongest monthly gain since March 2021. U.S. Middle-Market M&A activity increased as well, driven by a loosening credit market and reduced cost of debt.
