Roger Christopher is a Managing Director with Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. Roger has over 20 years of investment banking experience, having completed more than $5 billion in M&A advisory and capital-raising transactions. He has worked with a broad spectrum of technology companies across the healthcare, life sciences, and industrials verticals.
Prior to joining Mirus, Roger was a senior technology banker at Fairmount Partners, where he led the firm’s Life Sciences Software practice. Roger was also formerly a Vice President at Stifel Nicolaus and Houlihan Lokey. His extensive experience spans M&A and both public and private debt and equity placements. Before banking, Roger led software-development engagements at Accenture and other technology companies.
