Betsy Richards is a Vice President with Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. She has more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and financial analysis. A senior member of Mirus’ Consumer and Business Services teams, she has managed M&A transactions across a variety of industries and worked on more than 50 valuation engagements including 409A option valuations, purchase price allocations, and business enterprise valuations for a range of situations including estate planning, family share transfers, management buyouts, and buy-sell agreements. An active member of ACG’s Boston chapter, Betsy currently serves on the planning committee for the Women of Leadership events and previously served on the Young Professionals committee for several years. Betsy lives on the South Shore with her husband and sons and enjoys running, reading, and spending time on Cape Cod.
