Mark Young is a Partner with Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. He has over 30 years of investment banking experience, completing over 100 financial advisory assignments, with a particular focus on growth companies. Mark brings extensive experience identifying, structuring, negotiating, and executing mergers and acquisitions along with public and private equity offerings for founder- and family-owned businesses, as well as for private equity clients. His sector focus includes IT and managed services; tech-enabled marketing, loyalty and payments; employee incentives, rewards and recognition; advanced manufacturing services; engineered components and subsystems; as well as eCommerce solutions.
Mark began his career with Adams Harkness in Boston, helping to expand the firm’s national presence and technology franchise in San Francisco. He was awarded “USA Growth Equity Deal of the Year” honors for his work at Mirus on the sale of INNO4 to ServicePoint. Born in Los Angeles, Mark grew up and currently lives in the Boston area with his wife and two children. He enjoys swimming and golf, and any opportunity to watch either of his children compete in their respective sports.
