Thom Busby is Partner with Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. He has more than a decade of dedicated life science and healthcare investment banking experience and a twenty-year history of successfully raising capital. As an investment banker, he has advised dozens of senior management teams on corporate transactions spanning M&A, divestments, majority/minority recapitalizations, private equity/debt, platform/tuck-in acquisitions, venture capital, strategic build-to-buy investments, partnerships, and bankruptcies.
Thom is sought after by clients for his strategic and creative approach to transacting, deep industry knowledge across medical device, biopharma, diagnostics, instrumentation, and digital health/HCIT, and extensive experience in life science service verticals, including CROs, CDMOs, consultancies, laboratories, and other pharma and medtech partners.
