Nick Frame, PhD, is a Director with Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. He brings seven years of investment banking experience advising clients through M&A and private placement transactions. Working closely with companies within the healthcare industry, Nick offers clients a unique combination of transactional and scientific experience. He is senior member of Mirus’ Healthcare & Life Sciences team and has managed transaction processes for companies in the medical device, pharma, diagnostics, and life science services segments. His clients have ranged from family- and founder-owned businesses to venture capital-backed companies. Nick lives with his wife and son in Natick, Massachusetts. A lifelong Boston sports fan, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking new cuisines.
