Mirus completes 409A valuation for eScription

In 2006, Mirus completed a 409A valuation for eScription, a leading provider of computer-aided medical transcription software, valuing its common stock for purposes of an employee ISO plan. In May 2008, Nuance Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAN), the world’s leading supplier of speech solutions, announced it has closed the acquisition of eScription.
