2024 Year in Review
As 2024 comes to a close, I’d like to thank our Mirus Capital Advisors team members for their dedication and hard work in support of our clients this year. Thanks also to our legal, financial, and professional services colleagues who have provided clients with valuable advice throughout the year, and special thanks to our clients for their trust in us.
Mirus had a highly successful 2024 and we were honored to continue delivering award-winning work for our clients this year. We closed transactions across a variety of sectors, ranging from precision components and specialty chemicals to advanced thermal solutions, business support products, healthcare IT, and instrumentation. I am extremely proud of the results we delivered for each of our clients this year.
Several of our recent M&A transactions won national industry awards in 2024 across our coverage areas, including “M&A Deal of the Year”, “Growth Equity Deal of the Year” and “Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year.” Mirus was a nominated US finalist for “Investment Banking Firm of the Year” at the recent M&A Advisor Awards event and Mirus Partner Kate Soto was honored as one of the “Top Women Dealmakers” in the US at the M&A Atlas Awards earlier in 2024.
