With over 15 years of M&A experience, Kate has advised over 40 clients on transactions across multiple industries, closing deals with middle-market and multi-billion dollar private equity firms, family offices, leading industrial companies, and others in the technology and business services sectors. Her clients have ranged from closely-held and founder-owned businesses to public companies. Co-head of Mirus’ Industrial team, Kate was selected as a “Top Woman Dealmaker” of 2024 by the Global M&A Network. She sits on the board of directors for ACG Boston and is Chair of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) New England chapter. She lives in Amesbury, Massachusetts with her husband and children.
