He is a senior member within the firm’s Consumer team, with a focus on consumer products, retail, Ecommerce and consumer services.
Prior to joining Mirus, Doug spent 18 years as a Managing Director at a boutique consumer-focused investment bank, where he led a wide range of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise transactions within the retail and consumer sector, along with a variety of valuation and analytical engagements. Doug is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
