Partner Kate Soto named a Woman Dealmaker of the Year
Mirus Capital Advisors has been recognized with three prestigious awards at the 2024 USA M&A Atlas Awards, hosted by the Global M&A Network. The awards gala was held on June 24, 2024 at the Metropolitan Club in New York City, honoring best value-creating deals, outstanding firms, and influential middle-market dealmakers.

USA M&A Deal of the Year
S.G. Torrice’s acquisition by Ferguson was named “USA M&A Deal of the Year.” Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts, S.G. Torrice operates 15 locations in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont from which it distributes residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories from Trane, American Standard, Mitsubishi and other OEMs to over 2,000 HVAC contractors. Mirus’ sell-side deal team was led by Andrew Crain and Alan Fullerton.
USA Growth Equity Deal of the Year
The strategic investment in INNO4 by ServicePoint, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, was recognized as “USA Growth Equity Deal of the Year.” Based in Boston, INNO4 designs, installs, and supports custom, mission-critical data infrastructure, audio visual, IT services, and managed services solutions for medium and large enterprises in the U.S. and Canada. INNO4’s customers span a variety of sectors including e-commerce & retail, healthcare, real estate, technology, and financial services, among others. The company employs over 180 people across its five U.S. locations. Mirus’ sell-side deal team was led by Mark Young and Kate Soto.

Woman Dealmaker of the Year
Partner Kate Soto was honored as a “U.S.A. Top Women Dealmakers Award Recipient” for 2024. This award recognizes respected leaders and dealmakers from the corporate, private equity, lending, restructuring, and M&A advisory transaction communities. Selection for this award was based on expertise, transactional experience, and standing of the dealmaker among her clients, colleagues, peers, and the industry.
