Alan Fullerton is Chairman of the Board of Directors & Chief Executive Officer of Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. The firm provides M&A and capital raising services to successful companies across major sectors of the economy. His investment banking career spans more than 25 years and he has led over sixty sell-side transactions, plus multiple buy-side and equity transactions, totaling over $3 billion in value.
Alan’s transactions span Fortune 500 corporations, private equity-backed companies, closely-held businesses, and middle-market public companies. He has won and been named a sector finalist for several national M&A awards, including leading Mirus to a “Top 50 Investment Banks in the Middle Market” award in 2025. He previously served on the board of ACG Boston (2017-2023) and currently serves on the board of Central Catholic High School. Alan and his family live in Lexington, Massachusetts and Chocorua, New Hampshire.
