Andrew Crain is President of Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. He brings diverse transactional, executive, international, and legal expertise to the firm. Co-head of the firm’s Consumer senior leadership team and active in the firm’s Industrial practice, his investment banking career spans over 20 years providing M&A and corporate finance advisory services to owners of food & beverage, consumer products, industrial, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and healthcare companies throughout New England and globally. Trusted, knowledgeable, and personable, Andy’s prior experience as a fifth-generation family business owner and CEO who sold his family business gives him unique insight to guide clients through the financial, operational, and emotional aspects of transactions.

Andy is a recognized “USA M&A Deal of the Year” winner for his work on the sale of S.G. Torrice to Ferguson. He has been a featured presenter on family business ownership and advisory for many organizations including the Northeastern University Center for Family Business, the UMass Family Business Center, the Exit Planning Exchange, and the Association for Corporate Growth. A member of the Tanglewood Festival Chorus for the past 35 years and a 2009 Grammy Award winner, Andy sings in concerts with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops at Symphony Hall, Tanglewood, and Carnegie Hall. He lives on the South Coast with his wife and two children.
