Andy Camposeo is a Director with Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment bank. A senior member of Mirus’ Technology team, he has over a decade of investment banking experience successfully completing M&A and capital raises for public companies, family-owned businesses, and financial sponsors with a focus on the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. He provides strategic advisory and execution services across sell-sides, divestitures, buy-sides, and capital allocations, and has advised executives and Boards of Directors on financial advisory assignments including valuation, execution tactics, negotiation strategy, and tax, accounting, and legal structuring. Over his career, Andy has advised on domestic and cross-border transactions totaling over $100 billion in value. Andy lives in the Boston area with his family and enjoys cheering for the Celtics and Patriots, cooking, and listening to Bruce Springsteen’s extensive catalog.
