Sugarloaf USA acquired by American Skiing Company

LBO Resort Enterprises has purchased S-K-I Ltd., owner of Sugarloaf USA, Killington, Mount Snow, and other resorts, for $137 million. Mike Krongel advised LBO, since renamed as American Skiing Company.
