Sara Lee acquires Sheffield Industries

Mirus Capital Advisors (formerly Ross Crossland Weston & Co.) advised Sheffield Industries, the manufacturer of “big mama” plus-size womens’ hosiery, on a sale of its business to Sara Lee. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
