Mirus Advises BioPharm Engineered Systems, Inc. in Sale to Critical Process Systems Group

Mirus Capital Advisors announced that BioPharm Engineered Systems, Inc. (“BPES”), a leading provider of custom process equipment to the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries, located in Andover, Massachusetts, has been acquired by Critical Process Systems Group of Colchester, Vermont.  Mirus served as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of BPES in arranging the transaction.
