Betsy Richards

Vice President

Betsy has more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and financial analysis. As a Vice President with Mirus Capital Advisors, she has managed M&A transactions in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Mirus, she was employed by a middle market investment banking and valuation firm where she worked on several M&A and financing transactions.  In addition, Betsy has worked on more than 50 valuation engagements including 409A option valuations, purchase price allocations, and business enterprise valuations for purposes such as estate planning and litigation

Betsy received a BA from Williams College and was a teaching assistant for the Mathematics Department. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and holds Series 24, 63 and 79 certifications from FINRA.

Betsy lives on the South Shore with her husband and son and enjoys running, reading and spending time on Cape Cod.
