Sherry Goldberg

Director of Finance & Administration

Sherry Goldberg joined Mirus in 2001. As Director of Finance & Administration, Sherry focuses on the overall financial systems and reporting, manages operational and administrative functions, and is responsible for FINRA-related activities for the subsidiary, Mirus Securities, Inc. She also supervises the Mirus staff who address technology, human resources, and vendor management for Mirus.

Prior to joining Mirus, Sherry was employed by Monitor Company, a large global strategic consulting firm, where she managed the group responsible for the consolidation, analysis, preparation, and reporting of monthly and annual financial statements. Prior to Monitor, she was a senior accountant at Tonneson & Company, a certified public accounting firm. At Tonneson, she led all phases of audit engagements and tax return preparation for a wide variety of clients and served as the primary consultant for a Tonneson client with assets of over $2 billion.

Sherry is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Series 28 Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) certification from FINRA. She belongs to both the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a Notary Public. Sherry graduated from Merrimack College with a BS in Accounting.

Sherry lives with her husband and two daughters in Winchester. Her interests also include traveling, cooking, reading and sporting activities with her children.
