Mirus advises Stonebridge on Recapitalization
Stonebridge, Canaan Partners Agree on Management Buy-Out
Houston, Texas, October 2001 – Stonebridge Technologies has announced a deal to reorganize the business with an investment from management and the support of the Company’s original investors, Canaan Partners. Terms of the deal include the conversion of a $1.8 million dollar note into equity, and Canaan taking a minority interest in the business.
