Cranmore acquired by Boothcreek
Pursuant to a settlement with the U.S. Justice Department over anti-trust concerns, American Skiing Company has sold Cranmore and Waterville Valley to Booth Creek Ski Holdings, Inc. for $17.2 million. Mike Krongel advised ASC on the sales.
Booth Creek Ski Holdings, Inc. now operates four resorts in the United States, including Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort and Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort in California.
Cranmore has operated for more than 50 years in North Conway, NH.
