Eltrax agrees to acquire Hi-Tech

Fast-growing Eltrax Systems Inc., Minnetonka, has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Hi-Tech Connections Inc., a network integration and management company based in Reading, Pa. Fiscal 1996 revenues for Hi-Tech were $9.2 million. Mirus Capital Advisors (fka Ross Crossland Weston) advised the Hi-Tech shareholders on the transaction.  Eltrax expects to have revenues of more than $50 million in the current fiscal year.
