Mirus Capital Advisors Expands Senior Investment Banking Team
Boston, MA — Mirus Capital Advisors, a middle-market investment bank, has announced that Alan Fullerton has joined the firm as a Partner. In addition to expanding the Mirus family business advisory practice, Alan’s background and experience also deepens the firm’s expertise in the areas of valuation and fairness opinions as well as transaction advisory in the areas of consumer products, business and industrial services, manufacturing, and medical devices and life sciences.
Alan, who previously spent 13 years in investment banking at Newbury Piret & Company in Boston, has advised on numerous domestic and cross border deals, including representing clients in transactions with Philips, IDEX, L-3 Communications, HCL Technologies and OPK Biotech.
Alan is the second senior banker to join Mirus in the past 6 months. Mike Krongel joined Mirus as the new Director of the firm’s resort and hospitality advisory practice, Mirus Resort Capital, in July and subsequently completed the sale of Wildcat Mountain Ski Resort to Peak Resorts in November. Mike Krongel was previously a senior executive with American Skiing Company and participated in over a dozen transactions including Heavenly Resort, Steamboat, The Canyons, Killington, Sugarloaf, and Waterville Valley.
