Mirus Capital Advisors’ Kate Soto named a Top Woman Dealmaker at the 2024 USA M&A Atlas Awards
Mirus Capital Advisors is proud to announce that Partner Kate Soto was honored as a “U.S.A. Top Woman Dealmaker” at the 2024 M&A Atlas Awards held on June 24, 2024 at the Metropolitan Club in New York City. The 6th annual middle-market awards program recognized respected leaders and dealmakers from the corporate, private equity, lending, restructuring, and M&A advisory transaction communities. Selection for this award was based on expertise, transactional experience, and standing of the dealmaker among her clients, colleagues, peers, and the industry.

Ms. Soto has over fifteen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Her clients have ranged from closely-held and founder-owned businesses to public companies. She received a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Management with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst and holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 certifications from FINRA. She currently serves on the boards of directors for the Alliance of M&A Advisors New England and ACG Boston.

- Advising Bradford Machine, a fully automated, tight tolerance precision machining business, on its acquisition by Prince Industries, an HC Private Investments portfolio company
- Advising INNO4 LLC (“INNO4”), a leading technology integrator and solutions provider, on a strategic investment from ServicePoint, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC
