Sean Sundstrom Joins the Mirus Team

Mirus Capital Advisors, a leading investment bank serving the Technology, Business Services, Industrial, Healthcare, and Consumer sectors, has announced that Sean Sundstrom has joined the firm as a Partner, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for private and public companies in the Digital Media, Internet, IT Services and Technology industries.  Sean has more than 25 years of investment banking experience gained from sell, buy and divestment mandates in the US and Europe.  Prior to joining Mirus Capital Advisors, he was a Managing Director with New Century Capital Partners.  Previously, he was co-founder and Managing Director at Overture Advisors, held senior positions at KPMG Corporate Finance, and UK-based Regent Associates, where he established and ran Regent’s US office in Boston. He began his career at Broadview Associates, which was acquired by Jefferies.  Sean holds an MBA in International Business from the George Washington University, and a BA from the American University of Paris.  He is fluent in both French and English.
