Condor acquires Corporate Access
Boston, MA February 5, 1998 – RCW Mirus (fka Ross Crossland Weston) announced today that Condor Technology Solutions, Inc. has acquired Corporate Access in a roll-up transaction, and has completed its initial public offering (IPO). Mirus advised the shareholders of Corporate Access, who received cash and stock in the transaction.
Condor Technology Solutions, Inc. (“Condor”) is an IT services firm providing network integration, procurement, and software integration services to Fortune 500 companies throughout North America. The Company was founded with the merger of CHMC, Corporate Access, and PCnet, and intends to use the proceeds of today’s IPO to fund further growth and acquisitions.
