Medicapital invests in EMFP

Emergency Filtration Products Inc. (EMFP) has announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell stock to Medicapital in a private placement. This Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) will be completed in two tranches, with the first investment to close in early September and a follow-on investment in January.

The investment will fund the development of EMFP’s barrier mask technology, and specifically its NanoMask and NanoMask filters.
