Mirus advises North American Industries on Financing

In 2000, Mirus Capital Advisors was retained to represent the family shareholders of North American Industries in a recapitalization transaction that would allow one of the second generation owners to buy out another. Mirus successfully provided the Company with multiple options, including both equity and debt financing partners, and the shareholders ultimately decided on a buy-out with financing from First Essex bank.
