We’re fortunate to bring to close another successful year for Mirus (our 33rd year in business)! - With a full effort from our team, Mirus closed eleven M&A and equity financing transactions for clients ranging from development stage technology firms to public companies.
- We believe in investing in people and are happy to welcome Kate Soto into the partnership in 2020.
- Our congratulations to Betsy Todd on her promotion to Senior Associate.
- We welcomed Mike Osborne in Chicago to the industrial team.
- Long-standing Mirus partner Peter Alternative brought the Mirus brand to Europe in 2019.
- We are excited to start 2020 with 20-year investment banking veteran Rudy Minar joining the firm as a senior technology banker.
- We will be expanding our office space by 50% in 2020 to create room for additional growth.
