Creditor’s Rights/Advisory Services

The Mirus Special Situations Group advises creditors and committees of financially distressed companies both inside and outside formal bankruptcy. Our goal is to help creditors maximize returns from distressed corporate situations and to work with other constituents to achieve that return in a timely manner. In some cases our services may be advisory in nature, in other circumstances we may be asked to bring competitive bidders to the table, recommend an alternative plan or reorganization, or provide expert testimony.
